Jim has had more than twenty years experience in economic research with extensive involvement in forecasting, industry research, and regional development. Jim’s research background is centred around developing valueable commercial information for firms from large external databases. Jim enjoys very much the challenge of assisting firms in this way. In this role he has worked with hundreds of firms, international development banks, export promotion agencies, regional development boards and so on, from many countries around the world - for example Australia, Indonesia, China, Hong Kong.

Cici has worked with TradeData since TradeData opened an office in Jakarta, Indonesia, in 1998. She has extensive experience working with Chemical, Steel, and Transport companies, and servicing the needs of government. Cici is an Indonesian specialist. With a Masters degree in Marketing, a Graduate Diploma in hospitality, and extensive work experience in Indonesia she is very competent in helping clients trade with Indonesian firms.

Sari has a Masters in International Business. She currently manages the daily operations of the Jakarta office of TradeData and is experienced working with Indonesian firms and government requiring trade analysis or information. Sari is the first point of contact for Indonesian firms, in Indonesia, when contacting TradeData in Indonesia.

Ryan has a Masters in International Business and Bachelors of Business Administration (Marketing). He has worked in the Marketing and Marketing Research role in the power sector. He has extensive knowledge about diplomacy and trade and has experience in dealing with governments in developing countries. Currently he is working in a Marketing role.

Fera has a diploma of financial management of banking. She has been working for with TradeData for 2.5 years and has become expert in handling trade information in its most detailed form. She is particular expertise in sourcing trade information from countries all around the globe and has contributed to many TradeData client studies.
Jemy has a bachelor degree in Computer Science and is particularly skilled as a Programmer/System Analyst and Database Designer. He has written many of TradeData’s computer programs that access and handle data from different sources from around the world and places them into a consistent database framework. Jemy is also a part time lecture in Pakuan University teaching Algorithm & Computer Programming. He manages all the IT system in TradeData Jakarta office and undertakes most of database programming for TradeData.
